Art Rebel – Zen Art Classes

What: You love to flow, but admit it – your practice is in a rut. You need a new way to reach Nirvana, and stat… the tree pose doesn’t cut it with your boss in the picture. That’s why Diva creative meets the meditative for yoga 2.0: Zen Art. Relaxation techniques help you get your post-work funk out of your head and onto paper (or canvas, or…).
