Tim Burton at the LACMA

Let Tim Burton Awake Your Vivid Imagination

It’s officially summer and it’s officially hot. Opt to ditch your next pool party and dive into some one of a kind culture instead. You can thank us later.

The creative genius known as Tim Burton is allowing visitors to the LACMA (5905 Wilshire Blvd) to get a small glimpse into the inner workings of his insanely imaginative mind.

Known for his gothic art, he loaned over 700 pieces from his personal collection to the museum for fans, art and movie lovers. You’ll recognize characters from his many famous films and be reminded that this guy is not only an artist, but he’s Hollywood royalty.

Like Mr. Burton himself, the exhibit is far from ordinary and even features a badass black light display room.

Get freaky with art.
