Divas Get High at the Hotel Erwin in Venice

High, a rooftop lounge at Hotel Erwin, raises the bar on Venice Beach nightlife.

During the day, Venice Beach is not your typical Diva destination (i.e. lots of skateboarders, pit bulls, sketchy sidewalk merchants).  But, come nightfall, Hotel Erwin sets a much different tone for Divas by the sea.

Perched atop this boutique hotel (part art gallery/part beach house), overlooking the Pacific, sits High, a new open-air lounge where the nightly sunset is the main event and the crowd is more Manhattanite than beachcomber.  (more…)
